I'm here, guys and gals. Open for questions?
Virginia is barely ahead in a 5-way race for Worst ACC Team. But still, Clemson just looked good. Passed the eye test. Had more fun. All good things going into the home stretch.
Once Spencer "Rock-Solid" Shuey leaves, Chuck, he'll have a chance. Really no playing time available at 'backer lately, the way Shuey and Anthony have performed.

Blocking and time in the pocket does have a lot to do with that, Bill. What I don't understand is why the Tigers haven't gotten more creative with their blocking philosophies. Darrell Smith's been a ghost. No tight end help in there. And then Tajh tends to hold on to it too long sometimes. Plus he locks onto receivers. Makes it difficult to let plays develop against better defenses.
It seems like Clemson fans are still really wary of this offense. I think they're back on track. They don't hand out 49-point conference wins like they're Halloween candy, you know.
Tough to say, Chuck. Florida State, a finesse program, emasculated Clemson. But Clemson emasculated LSU, a strength/power program. Up is down. Hot is cold.
Rhythm ebbs and flows. It really does. Florida State is clearly, unquestionably, a better football team than Clemson this year. Good news: Clemson does not play Florida State again this year. The key is rounding into form for the South Carolina game. As far as the health grumblings from Clemson ... yeah, the bye week will get some guys a tad fresher, but most teams would love to have the Tigers' relative team health. They've really avoided the bug.
Good stuff, Chuck and Bill. Until next time ...
